Max Emanuel

Max debated public forum at The Nueva School for three years, where he was co-captain for two years. He qualified for the Tournament of Champions twice, reaching quarterfinals his senior year, and ranked as high as top 15 in the nation. Max also reached late elimination rounds at various tournaments, including semifinals at ASU, quarterfinals at Nano Nagle, and octofinals at Glenbrooks and the UK Season Opener, along with breaking at Bronx, Emory, Milo Cup, and Columbia. He received multiple speaker awards, including 2nd at the UK Season Opener and top 20 at both ASU and Glenbrooks. His speciality is in technical substance debate, although he also dabbled in tricks, philosophy, and theory. He is very excited to coach at PFBC this summer!
